Rather expected game when 7th ranked BGEU-RCOR (5-15) was smashed by fifth ranked Vitebsk (13-7) in Osipovichi 102-66 on Saturday. The game without a history. Vitebsk led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. Forward Victor Ovsepyan (204-91) orchestrated the victory by scoring 24 points and 9 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). Point guard Ivan Aladko (192-95, agency: Mike Diesel) contributed with 22 points and 4 assists for the winners. Four Vitebsk players scored in double figures. Power forward Vitaliy Lebedev (200-99) answered with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Dmitriy Roslikau (183-95) added 15 points in the effort for BGEU-RCOR. BGEU-RCOR's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for Vitebsk. They maintain fifth place with 13-7 record. Loser BGEU-RCOR keeps the seventh position with 15 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
