Not a big story in a game when 10th ranked Basket Slovanka MB (5-15) was rolled over on the road by fourth ranked Valosun Brno (13-7) 106-61 on Wednesday. Valosun Brno dominated down low during the game scoring 82 of its points in the paint compared to Basket Slovanka MB's 32. Valosun Brno forced 28 Basket Slovanka MB turnovers and outrebounded them 45-19 including a 22-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Slovakian forward Veronika Remenarova (184-97) who scored 16 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). American forward Lenita Sanford (190-89, college: UNLV) chipped in 14 points and 6 rebounds. Five Valosun Brno players scored in double figures.
