Quarter-Finals Round 3: Rieker KN - Iskra Svit 104-77

Rieker KN knocked down Iskra Svit and advanced into the semifinal stage. It looked good early as Iskra Svit took a 3-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Rieker KN had a 29-19 second period charge getting the lead and Iskra Svit was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 77-104. Rieker KN made 20-of-25 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Iskra Svit 40-28 including 31 on the defensive glass. Iskra Svit was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a quality performance of American guard Bernard Thompson (190-93, college: FGCU) who helped to win the game recording 36 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds. Slovenian forward Sinisa Bilic (201-89) helped adding 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Rieker KN players scored in double figures. Rieker KN's coach dragan Ristanovic felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was American swingman Jarekious Bradley (196-90, college: SE Missouri St.) with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds and Filipino point guard Isiah Umipig (183-92, college: Seattle) scored 21 points.
