An interesting game for Shimane Magic (32-10) which hosted in Shimane 4th ranked Osaka Evessa (28-14). First ranked Shimane Magic had an easy win 67-52. Osaka Evessa was ahead by 2 points at the halftime before a 41-24 second half run of Shimane Magic. They outrebounded Osaka Evessa 37-25 including a 29-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. American forward Scootie Randall (198-90, college: Temple) scored 21 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import forward Josh Davis (203-91, college: San Diego St.) chipped in 8 points and 13 rebounds during the contest.
