Quarter-Finals Round 1: Sodertalje - Malbas 90-65

Sodertalje cruised past Malbas in the first game of the series. The game was mostly controlled by Sodertalje Kings. Malbas was better in fourth quarter 21-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Sodertalje Kings forced 20 Malbas turnovers. The former international guard Chris Czerapowicz (201-91, college: Davidson) nailed 23 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side and Croatian forward Toni Bizaca (202-82, agency: XL Basketball Agency) accounted for 20 points. Sodertalje Kings' coach Vedran Bosnic felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international center Carl Engstrom (216-91, college: Alabama) came up with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds and American guard Connor Miller (195-92, college: Minn.St.-Mankato, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) added 13 points respectively for Malbas in the defeat.
