The most crucial game of the last round was another loss of Cocodrilos (15-13) in Porlamar on Tuesday night. Visitors were edged by Guaiqueries (15-13) 90-88. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Guaiqueries outrebounded Cocodrilos 38-26 including a 27-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. 25 personal fouls committed by Cocodrilos helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
