No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked SKY/Basquete (19-9) crushed 11th ranked Universo/Vitoria (8-20) in Aldeota 90-65 on Tuesday. The game without a history. SKY/Basquete led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The former international point guard David Rossetto (180-93) notched 21 points, 8 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort and the former international Audrei Parisotto (196-84) supported him with 16 points. Five SKY/Basquete players scored in double figures. Even 17 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists by Ghanian guard Kojo Mensah (185-85, college: Buffalo St.) did not help to save the game for Universo/Vitoria. Spanish Alvaro Calvo (202-83, agency: Dynamics Global Management) added 12 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. SKY/Basquete maintains fourth position with 19-9 record, which they share with Mogi. Newly promoted Universo/Vitoria dropped to the twelfth place with 20 games lost. They share the position with Liga Sorocaba.
