Quarter-Finals Round 2: Perlas-MRU - Palanga 81-66

Perlas-MRU fired past Palanga to bounce back from the opening loss. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 7-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 81-66. Perlas-MRU outrebounded Palanga 37-24 including 25 on the defensive glass. Guard Aistis Pilauskas (190-98) notched 25 points to lead the effort and forward Rytis Pipiras (201-95) supported him with 13 points and 7 rebounds. Perlas-MRU's coach Arvydas Gronskis allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 10 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists by forward Aurimas Urbonas (197-93) did not help to save the game for Palanga. Guard Mindaugas Reminas (187-86) added 16 points for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
