Quarter-Finals Round 2: Petrochema - Vytis 60-67

Vytis upset Petrochema on the road to even the quarterfinal series. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 10-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 67-60. Vytis dominated on the defensive end, holding Petrochema to just 3 points in second quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 38 of its points in the paint compared to Petrochema's 18. Forward Karolis Brusokas (200-91) notched a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds to lead the effort and guard Dominykas Domarkas (187-92) supported him with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Vytis players scored in double figures. Even 12 points and 6 assists (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!) by guard Ricardas Verbickas (191-95) did not help to save the game for Petrochema. Forward Henrikas Vorotnikovas (203-90) added 14 points for the hosts. Petrochema's coach Kestutis Narusevicius rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
