Semi-Finals Game 2: Herner - Saarlouis 75-83

Saarlouis sealed their Finals birth as they knocked down Herner on the road. Herner TC trailed by 13 points after 3 quarters before a 26-21 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 75-83 at the end of the game. TV Saarlouis Royals made 24-of-28 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game, while Herner TC only scored eight points from the stripe. The best player for the winners was American forward Corinne Costa (193, college: UCLA) who scored 30 points and 8 rebounds (on 14-of-15 shooting from the field). Latvian forward Sabine Niedola (184-91) chipped in a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds. The former international power forward Sonja Greinacher (188-92, college: Gonzaga) produced 21 points and 6 rebounds and the former international point guard Lea Mersch (170-87) added 18 points and 5 assists respectively for the hosts.
