Date: April 17, 2016
The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Kyoto Hannar. as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Kyoto Hannar. edged 11th ranked Takamatsu FA at home 65-64. The hosts were already 11 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 24-14 Takamatsu FA's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 65-64 at the end of the game. Americans were the main players on the court also this time. The winners were led by forward Kevin Kotzur (203-89, college: St.Mary's, TX) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds and forward Tyren Johnson (202-88, college: La-Lafayette) supported him with 19 points and 7 rebounds.
