Sampaio rallied past Corinthians for the second straight victory in the title series. The game was mostly controlled by Sampaio. Corinthians/Americana managed to win fourth quarter 23-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great shooting night for Sampaio especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 75.0 percentage. The best player for the winners was the former international swingman Iziane Castro Marques (182-82, agency: Josep and Nicolas) who scored 32 points and 7 rebounds. International center Nadia Gomes Calhado (193-89) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds. The former international center Damiris Do Amaral (192-92) produced a double-double by scoring 28 points and 11 rebounds and the former international guard Babi Generoso (180-85) added 9 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the hosts.
