The game in Szombathely was also worth to mention about. Fourth ranked PVSK Pannon (4-3) played at the court of 5th ranked Falco KC (2-6). PVSK Pannon managed to secure a 4-point victory 72-68. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 19-11. But Falco KC won second period 18-14. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a good game for Croatian forward Veljko Budimir (199-85) who led his team to a victory with 16 points and 6 assists. American point guard Will Walker (183-87, college: De Paul) contributed with 16 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. The former international point guard Dontay Thomas (187-84, college: La Salle, agency: Octagon Europe) answered with 17 points and American swingman Bradford Burgess (198-90, college: VCU, agency: Octagon Europe) added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Falco KC. Four Falco KC players scored in double figures. Falco KC's coach Laszlo Kalman rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. PVSK Pannon maintains fourth place in Division with 4-3 record. Falco KC at the other side keeps the fifth position with six games lost. PVSK Pannon's next round opponent will be higher ranked KTE-Duna Aszfalt (#3) in Kecskemet and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
