Inter Bratislava rallied past Esprit Kosice in the consolation final series opener. Inter Bratislava looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international power forward Radoslav Rancik (205-79, college: St.Cloud St., agency: Beo Basket) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 27 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international swingman Martin Bilik (194-87) contributed with 21 points for the winners. Serbian guard Aleksandar Vlahovic (190-90, agency: 011 Sports) answered with 24 points and 4 assists and the former international center Michal Batka (204-87) added 19 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Esprit Kosice.
