Everything went according to plan when seventh ranked Senigallia (15-15) outscored at home 11th ranked Giulianova (11-19) 86-62 on Saturday. Senigallia dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Giulianova's 24. Senigallia forced 27 Giulianova turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Guard Sergio Maddaloni (195-82) scored 24 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and forward Matteo Marinelli (201-84) chipped in 10 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Four Senigallia players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was point guard Danilo Gallerini (185-80) with 15 points and guard Lorenzo Bartoli (197-94) scored 10 points and 5 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Senigallia maintains seventh position in B with 15-15 record. Loser Giulianova dropped to the tenth place with 19 games lost.
