Semi-Finals Game 1: Brasilia - Bauru 72-89

Bauru fired past Brasilia in the NBB semifinal series opener. The game without a history. Paschoalotto/Bauru led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 23-of-28 charity shots (82.1 percent) during the game. The former international center Rafael Hettsheimer (206-86) nailed 21 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side and the former international guard Alex Garcia (191-80, agency: Interperformances) accounted for 17 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. International Guilherme Giovannoni (203-80) came up with 11 points and 7 rebounds and center Ronald Reis (211-91) added 15 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Brasilia in the defeat. Five Brasilia players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
