Crema beat Vicenza on the road to sweep the quarterfinal series. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 19-15. But Vicenza won second period 13-10. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was Latvian forward Ieva Veinberga (185-84) who scored 22 points. Power forward Gilda Cerri (185-90) chipped in 6 points and 13 rebounds. The former international guard Anna Zimerle (172-76) produced 16 points and 5 assists and the former international forward Emanuela Ramon (187-82) added 9 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Vicenza's coach Aldo Corno tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
