Coruna overcame Melilla to spur ahead in the series. The game was mostly controlled by Leyma Basquet. Melilla Baloncesto was better in second period 21-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Leyma Basquet won last quarter 31-21. They made 18-of-20 charity shots (90.0 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three nailing 12 long-distance shots on high 54.5 percentage. It was a great evening for Georgian Beka Burjanadze (202-94) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. Lithuanian center Gediminas Zyle (210-88, agency: Octagon Europe) helped adding 12 points and 10 rebounds. Four Leyma Basquet players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was point guard Josep Franch (193-91) with 20 points and guard Marcos Suka-Umu (192-85, agency: Interperformances) scored 9 points and 4 assists. Melilla Baloncesto's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
