Melilla breezed past Coruna to force the decisive fifth game in the series. The game without a history. Melilla Baloncesto led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Melilla Baloncesto dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Leyma Basquet's 24. Melilla Baloncesto players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Marcos Suka-Umu (192-85, agency: Interperformances) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and power forward Hector Manzano (207-80) who added 12 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Georgian Beka Burjanadze (202-94) responded with 15 points and 5 rebounds and Dominican swingman Dagoberto Pena (198-88, college: Marshall) scored 11 points. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
