Quarter-Finals Round 3: Rueil - Angers BC 64-67

Angers BC nipped Rueil to seal their Final Four appearance. It looked good early as Rueil took a 9-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Angers BC took control winning two of next three quarters and eventually winning the game that evening by 3 points. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Rueil to just 5 points in fourth quarter. It was a good game for point guard Hugo Suhard (184-92) who led his team to a victory with 17 points and 7 rebounds. American forward Darnell Dodson (201-89, college: S.Mississippi) contributed with 14 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Angers BC players scored in double figures. Angers BC's coach Vincent Lavandier allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. American forward Jonathan Mitchell (200-87, college: Rutgers, agency: Inception Sports) answered with 15 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Fabien Calvez (187-84, college: Evansville, agency: Octagon Europe) added 13 points and 11 assists in the effort for Rueil.
