Semi-Finals Game 2: Promitheas - Ethnikos 69-63

Promitheas rallied past Ethnikos to even things up at 2-2 in the semifinal series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Ethnikos won third quarter 21-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 28 personal fouls committed by Ethnikos helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Guard Nikos Pettas (195-81) orchestrated the victory by scoring 11 points. The former international point guard Fanis Koumpouras (185-83, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with 14 points for the winners. Four Promitheas players scored in double figures. Serbian center Damir Latovic (204-80) replied with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds and guard Fotis Vasilopoulos (187-86) added 16 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Ethnikos. Ethnikos' coach Vangelis Vlahos rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
