Regular Season Round 2: Correcaminos - Caballos 75-52

The game in Colon supposed to be also quite interesting. Caballos (0-2) played at the court of Correcaminos (1-1). Correcaminos smashed Caballos 75-52 on Sunday. The game without a history. Correcaminos led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Naturalized American forward Tyler Gaskins (193-92, college: St.Peter's) scored 17 points and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Jaime Lloreda (204-80, college: LSU) chipped in 8 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. Guard Carlos Johnson (193-88) responded with 11 points and 5 rebounds and the former international swingman Anell Alexis (200-90, college: Marist, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 11 points. Four Caballos players scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Correcaminos will again meet at home Caballos (#6) in the next round. Caballos will have a break next round.
