Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Sao Paolo: Pinheiros (#2) and Paulistano (#4). Pinheiros (7-1) won against visiting Paulistano (5-3) 87-80. The hosts were already 12 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 30-25 Paulistano's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 87-80 at the end of the game.
