Important game to mention about took place in Dresden. Kirchheim Knights (1-0) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging Titans (0-1) 92-90 on Sunday evening. Kirchheim Knights looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. It was a very good performance for forward Tim Koch (196-89) who helped to win the game recording 29 points and 4 assists. American forward Jonathon Williams (198-90, college: Wagner) contributed with 17 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the winners. American point guard Randal Holt (185-91, college: Kent St., agency: Two Points) answered with 25 points and 5 assists and the other American import power forward Jervon Pressley (203-95, college: Hampton) added 16 points and 10 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) in the effort for Titans. Four Titans players scored in double figures. Titans' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Kirchheim Knights will face Koeln Rh.Stars (#14) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Titans will play against Oettinger Rockets Gotha (#16) and hope to win that game.
