Not a big story in a game when bottom-ranked Iseo (0-4) was defeated on the road by eleventh ranked Milano Urania (2-2) 69-51 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Milano Urania. Iseo was better in fourth quarter 16-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Milano Urania forced 19 Iseo turnovers. Forward Lorenzo Tortu (200-92, agency: Octagon Europe) fired a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Simone Ferrarese (182-87) chipped in 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Milano Urania players scored in double figures. Milano Urania's coach Enrico Montefusco allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Milano Urania moved-up to sixth place, which they share with 13 other teams. Newly promoted Iseo still closes the standings with four games lost. Milano Urania will face Cento (#8) on the road in the next round. Iseo will play against Vicenza (#3) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
