The game with biggest result difference took place in Valdivia. Local Las Animas (6-3) outscored 9th ranked Puente Alto (2-8) 94-68. They outrebounded Puente Alto 41-30 including 32 on the defensive glass. The game was dominated by American players. Center Terrell Taylor (203-81, college: Virginia Tech, agency: DTMones) notched a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 16 rebounds to lead the effort and guard Dominic Cheek (198-91, college: Villanova) supported him with 20 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Five Las Animas players scored in double figures. Even 23 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists by swingman Marcus Hammonds (196-87, college: Texas A&M-CC) did not help to save the game for Puente Alto. Forward Jovany Austin (201-92, college: W.Georgia) added 17 points and 8 rebounds for lost side. Puente Alto's coach Claudio Lavin gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Las Animas moved-up to fourth place. Puente Alto lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with eight games lost.
