Regular Season Round 7: Kotwica - Legia W-wa 51-85

The most shocking disappointment of round 7 was a home defeat of 6th ranked Kotwica (4-3) by seventh ranked Legia W-wa (5-2) who outscored them by 34 points 85-51. Legia W-wa forced 22 Kotwica turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a great evening for guard Lukasz Pacocha (185-82) who led his team to a victory scoring 12 points and 8 assists. Piotr Robak (194-91) helped adding 13 points and 6 rebounds. Four Legia W-wa players scored in double figures. Legia W-wa's coach Piotr Bakun felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side power forward Lukasz Bodych (201-90) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and guard Adrian Sulinski (185-89, agency: Promotex) scored 8 points. Legia W-wa moved-up to third place, which they share with 3 other teams. Newly promoted Kotwica dropped to the seventh position with three games lost. They share it with SKK Siedlce. Legia W-wa is looking forward to face league's leader Sokol Lancut at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Kotwica will play against Notec Inowr. (#10) in Inowroclaw and is hoping to win this game.
