Regular Season Round 6: Sokol Prazky - Vysocina 84-59

Everything could happen in Praha at the game between two tied teams. Both sixth ranked Sokol Prazky and 7th ranked Vysocina had identical 2-3 record. This time Sokol Prazky used a home court advantage and smashed the opponent from Jihlava 84-59 on Friday night. Sokol Prazky forced 20 Vysocina turnovers and outrebounded them 49-38 including 35 on the defensive glass. Center Tomas Bruha (213-88, college: Tulane) had a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Jakub Tomas (200-80) chipped in 15 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Four Sokol Prazky players scored in double figures. Coach 's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play all 12 players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was forward Jiri Bubak (194-84) with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds and forward Tomas Siroky (196-96) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds. Sokol Prazky (3-3) moved-up to fifth place in Group A. Loser Vysocina keeps the seventh position with four games lost. Sokol Prazky will face league's second-placed Sokol Hradec Kralove on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Vysocina will play against the league's leader Slavoj BK Litomerice (#1) and hope to win that game.
