Regular Season Round 4: Blois - Roanne 80-73

ADA Blois can celebrate their first win this season after three consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as they defeated much higher ranked Chorale de Roanne (2-2) 80-73. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Chorale de Roanne won third quarter 21-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. ADA Blois players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The winners were led by swingman Rudy Jomby (196-88) who scored that evening 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and American point guard Frank Turner (178-88, college: Canisius, agency: Inception Sports) supported him with 15 points and 7 assists. Even 18 points and 9 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) by American forward Joe Burton (201-90, college: Oregon St.) did not help to save the game for Chorale de Roanne. Point guard Arthur Rozenfeld (178-95) added 17 points and 6 assists for lost side. ADA Blois (1-3) left bottom position moving up to thirteenth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Chorale de Roanne at the other side keeps the seventh position with two games lost. ADA Blois' next round opponent will be league's leader Provence Basket in Fos-sur-Mer and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
