Very predictable result when fourth ranked Hapoel B/S (4-1) won against 9th ranked Galil Elion (1-4) in Kazrin 75-68. The best player for the winners was American power forward Jeff Allen (201-87, college: Virginia Tech) who had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Anthony Fisher (191-86) chipped in 19 points and 5 assists. American forward Cinmeon Bowers (201-93, college: Auburn) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds and Maxim Kikus (188-94) added 23 points respectively for the hosts. Four Galil Elion players scored in double figures. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Hapoel B/S. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Hapoel K/S. Galil Elion at the other side dropped to the twelfth position with four games lost. Hapoel B/S's next round opponent will be Hapoel Afula (#10) at home and are hoping to win another game. Galil Elion will play against Ironi Nes-Ziona and hope to win that game.
