Regular Season Round 7: Horsholm - SISU 77-63

There was no surprise when 7th ranked SISU (1-6) was defeated on the road by fifth ranked Horsholm (4-2) 77-63. The hosts were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. Horsholm brought some defensive toughness making 9 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Jyles Smith (207-92, college: Savannah St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points, 13 rebounds and 5 blocks. The former international point guard Mikael Nielsen (178-90) contributed with 15 points and 6 assists for the winners. American forward Tanner McGrew (203, college: W.Virg.Wesl., agency: Duran International) answered with 9 points and 15 rebounds and Ivorian forward Adjehi Baru (206-91, college: Charleston) added 18 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for SISU. SISU's coach Miguel Angel Hoyo rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Horsholm moved-up to fourth place. SISU lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with six games lost. Horsholm will again play against SISU (#7) in Copenhagen in the next round. SISU will have a break next round.
