Very important is a road loss of third ranked Hapoel Tel-Aviv (3-3) against twelfth ranked Maccabi K/G (2-4) on Monday night. Visiting Hapoel Tel-Aviv was defeated by Maccabi K/G in a tough game in Kiryat Gat 75-82. The hosts were ahead by 6 points but lost the second period ending it with a 5-point deficit before their 28-16 run, which allowed them to win the game. Hapoel Tel-Aviv's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Maccabi K/G moved-up to ninth place, which they share with 3 other teams.
