The game with biggest result difference took place in Plovdiv. Local Academik Plovdiv (4-2) beat 7th ranked Spartak Pleven (2-4) 95-82. Academik Plovdiv dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Spartak Pleven's 42. Academik Plovdiv forced 21 Spartak Pleven turnovers. It was a quality performance for French-American forward Jordan Semple (201-92, college: Chico St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 42 points (!!!), 11 rebounds and 4 assists (on 17-of-19 shooting from the field). Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Academik Plovdiv moved-up to second place, which they share with Rilski and Beroe. Spartak Pleven at the other side keeps the seventh position with four games lost. Academik Plovdiv's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Beroe in Stara Zagora and it will be for sure the game of the week. Spartak Pleven will play at home against Balkan (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
