Undefeated leader Twarde Pierniki delivered the eighth consecutive victory on Saturday night. This time they crushed 6th ranked Krosno (5-4) 88-59. The best player for the winners was American-Hungarian point guard Obadiah Trotter (188-84, college: Alabama A&M) who scored 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international Lukasz Wisniewski (186-84, college: Barton Co. CC, agency: Promotex) chipped in 13 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Twarde Pierniki players scored in double figures. Swedish-American guard Chris Czerapowicz (201-91, college: Davidson) produced 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and American guard Royce Woolridge (190-92, college: Grand Canyon) added 9 points and 4 assists respectively for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Twarde Pierniki (8-0) have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain first position with a perfect record of 8 victories in a row. Loser Krosno keeps the sixth place with four games lost. Twarde Pierniki will face Energa Czarni (#9) in Slupsk in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
