Very predictable result in Katowice where second ranked AZS AWF Mick. (10-1) smashed 12th ranked Wisla Krakow (2-9) 93-63 on Saturday. They outrebounded Wisla Krakow 44-29 including a 29-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. AZS AWF Mick. looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Lukasz Szczypka (185-80) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 4 assists and Mariusz Piotrkowski (198-84) who added 15 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was power forward Michal Ejiofor (197-91) with 13 points and 8 rebounds and forward Jakub Wojciechowski (197-93) scored 13 points.
