There was no surprise when 16th ranked Titans (1-12) were crushed on the road by ninth ranked Hamburg (6-7) 86-54 on Saturday. Hamburg made 17-of-10 free shots (170.0 percent) during the game. Point guard Anthony Canty (183-91, agency: Octagon Europe) fired 19 points and 7 assists for the winners. American guard DeAndre Lansdowne (187-89, college: Fort Lewis) chipped in 18 points. American power forward David Sturner (206-90, college: S.Oregon) produced 10 points and 8 rebounds and Helge Baues (205-94) added 10 points respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Hamburg maintains ninth place with 6-7 record, which they share with Trier. Titans lost their eighth game in a row. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost.
