No shocking result in a game when eighth ranked TV Langen (6-6) crushed on the road 11th ranked Tuebingen II (3-9) 81-62 on Saturday. TV Langen dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Tuebingen II's 34 and made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. It was a good game for American forward Preston Ross (198, college: Winston Salem) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds. Point guard Maxim Schneider (184-92) contributed with 12 points and 4 assists for the winners. Albanian forward Vildan Mitku (200-83) replied with 14 points and 5 rebounds and Jeferson Hiller (188-98) added 13 points in the effort for Tuebingen II. Four Tuebingen II players scored in double figures. TV Langen maintains eighth position in South-West with 6-6 record. Tuebingen II lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh place with nine games lost. TV Langen will face higher ranked Limburg (#3) at home in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
