A very interesting game took place in Cento. It ended with only two-point home defeat of much higher ranked Cento (7-3) to sixth ranked Faenza (7-3) 79-77 in the game for the fourth place. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Cento. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Alessandro Maccaferri (177-95) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 6 rebounds.
