Regular Season Round 9: WIT Wildcats - DCU Mercy 49-57

The game between third ranked WIT Wildcats (5-3) and fifth ranked DCU Mercy (4-3) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. American guard Brittney Dunbar (173, college: Weber St.) answered with 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international guard Cathy Kavanagh (187-90) added 9 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for WIT Wildcats. DCU Mercy moved-up to fourth place. WIT Wildcats at the other side keep the third position with three games lost. DCU Mercy's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Dublin Meteors.
