Not a big story in a game in Roma where 8th ranked Cefalu (5-7) was defeated by third ranked Palestrina (10-3) 88-82 on Sunday. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Cefalu was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Point guard Gianmarco Rossi (182-90) stepped up and scored 30 points and 5 rebounds for the winners and point guard Simone Rischia (185-90) chipped in 17 points and 5 assists. At the losing side power forward Riccardo Malagoli (209-88) responded with 20 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Jordan Losi (182-80) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Palestrina keeps a position of league leader, which they share with 5 other teams. Newly promoted Cefalu dropped to the tenth place with seven games lost.
