Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fourteenth ranked ADA Blois and 15th ranked Boulazac Basket had identical 4-7 record. This time ADA Blois used a home court advantage and outscored the opponent from Boulazac 91-64 on Friday night. The game without a history. ADA Blois led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Boulazac Basket's 32. ADA Blois looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Boulazac Basket's players. Worth to mention a great performance of Florent Tortosa (198-89) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and swingman Florian Thibedore (195-90) who added 9 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was American power forward Jarvis Williams (198-93, college: Murray St.) with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds and Aurelien Salmon (202-87) scored 11 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. ADA Blois have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Maurienne and Poitiers. Boulazac Basket lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifteenth position with eight games lost. ADA Blois will face bottom-ranked SPO Rouen (#18) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Boulazac Basket will play against Poitiers and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
