The game in Guanajuato was also quite interesting. Third ranked Soles (16-9) played at the court of 8th ranked Abejas (8-17). Soles defeated Abejas 102-92 on Monday. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Justin Keenan (202-88, college: Ferris St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds and Nigerian Chamberlain Oguchi (196-86, college: Illinois St.) who added 22 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was American forward Steffphon Pettigrew (196-89, college: W.Kentucky, agency: HMS) with 18 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and naturalized American Eder Zuniga (190-87, college: Carroll, MT) scored 20 points and 7 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Abejas' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Soles moved-up to second place, which they share with Toros. Abejas lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 17 games lost.
