Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both twelfth ranked Stuttgart and 10th ranked Saarlouis/Dillingen had identical 4-10 record. But Saarlouis/Dillingen was not able to use a home court advantage and was edged by the opponent from Stuttgart 77-74 on Saturday night. Stuttgart forced 22 Saarlouis/Dillingen turnovers. Four Saarlouis/Dillingen players scored in double figures. Stuttgart (5-10) moved-up to ninth place in South-West, which they share with Tuebingen II and Mainz. Saarlouis/Dillingen lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the twelfth position with 11 games lost. Stuttgart will face Tuebingen II (#10) at home in the next round. Saarlouis/Dillingen will play against Kaiserslautern and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
