There was an upset when higher ranked Valls Nutrion (5-9) was defeated on the road by thirteenth ranked Andorra II (4-10) 74-69 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was center Cinto Gabriel (199-87) who scored 25 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Victor Aguilar (185-98) chipped in 15 points and 4 assists. Swingman Alejandro Alba (193-77) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds and Equatorial Guinean forward Oscar Ngomo (197-90) added 15 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the guests. Four Valls Nutrion players scored in double figures. Valls Nutrion's coach let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Andorra II moved-up to tenth place in Group C-B, which they share with Cerdalyola and Castelldefels. Valls Nutrion lost their fourth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the eighth position with nine games lost. Andorra II will face Cerdalyola (#11) in Cerdanyola del Valle in the next round.
