Date: February 3, 2017
Very predictable result when second ranked Norrkoping Dolphins (15-6) defeated at home bottom-ranked Malbas (1-20) 82-72 on Friday. The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 45-34 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Malbas lost eleventh consecutive game. They stay dead last with 20 lost games. Norrkoping Dolphins are looking forward to face KFUM Jamtland (#7) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Malbas will play against the league's leader BC Lulea and are hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
