An exciting game was when first ranked First ranked Dacin Tigers faced 4th ranked Yulon Luxgen. Dacin Tigers (17-7) defeated Yulon Luxgen (14-10) 70-65. Worth to mention a great performance of Indian-Canadian center Sim Bhullar (226-92, college: N.Mexico St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 29 points and 17 rebounds. Guard Yi-Xiang Zhou (191-91) contributed with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Ivorian-French power forward Herve Lamizana (208-81, college: Rutgers, agency: Basket Management Solutions) replied with a double-double by scoring 29 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international guard Shih-Yuan Chou (188-83) added 11 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Yulon Luxgen. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Dacin Tigers maintains first position with 17-7 record. Yulon Luxgen at the other side keeps the fourth place with ten games lost. Dacin Tigers will play against bottom-ranked KKL (#7) in the next round where they are favorite. Yulon Luxgen will play against Pauian and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
