There was an upset when higher ranked Roma Luiss (10-9) lost on the road to eleventh ranked Teramo (8-9) 70-57 on Sunday. It was a very good performance for the former international guard Gennaro Tessitore (193-82) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 4 assists. Center Daniele Tomasello (205-93) contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Swingman Simone Pozzetti (193-90) answered with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and center Eugenio Beretta (206-96) added 12 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Roma Luiss. Four Roma Luiss players scored in double figures. Roma Luiss' coach Andrea Paccarie rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Teramo moved-up to tenth place in B. Loser Roma Luiss keep the sixth position with nine games lost. Teramo will face higher ranked Catanzaro (#8) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
