Second Stage Round 4: KFUM Blackeberg - Jamtland II 66-78

An interesting game for Jamtland II (7-3) which played road game in Vallingby against one of their biggest challengers KFUM Blackeberg (3-3). Third ranked Jamtland II managed to get a 12-point victory 78-66. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of KFUM Blackeberg. The game was mostly controlled by Jamtland II. KFUM Blackeberg was better in second period 20-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a very good performance for guard Olle Lundqvist (198-99) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds. Guard Adam Johansson (188-0) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Point guard Gino Panghulan (175-90) replied with 18 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals and Ramon Habtezghi added 14 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for KFUM Blackeberg. KFUM Blackeberg's coach Adam Engstrom tested eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Jamtland II have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain third position in BEHN forts with 7-3 record having four points less than leader IK Eos. Loser KFUM Blackeberg keeps the fourth place with three games lost. Jamtland II will face KFUM Uppsala (#7) at home in the next round. KFUM Blackeberg will play against the league's leader KFUM Fryshuset in Stockholm and hope to win that game.
