Regular Season Round 24: Przemysl - Zaglebie 85-64

Everything went according to plan when seventh ranked Przemysl (11-11) outleveled at home 9th ranked Zaglebie (6-16) 85-64 on Sunday. Przemysl dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Zaglebie's 26. The best player for the winners was Grzegorz Plocica (190-80) who scored 27 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Konrad Strzepek (195-95) chipped in 21 points and 6 rebounds. Coach Maciej Milan's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 10 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Wojciech Szpyrka (195-95) who recorded 14 points and 6 rebounds and Maciej Balcerzak (194-88) added 15 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Przemysl maintains seventh position with 11-11 record. Zaglebie lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with 16 games lost. Przemysl will face higher ranked AZS KU PO (#5) in Opole in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Zaglebie will play on the road against AZS PCz (#13) in Czestochowa and hope to win that game.
