Leader Fukuoka Rizing recorded the twenty third victory. This time they crushed 6th ranked Tokyo Cinq R. (10-16) 84-57. Fukuoka Rizing dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Tokyo Cinq R.'s 34. Fukuoka Rizing forced 19 Tokyo Cinq R. turnovers. Tokyo Cinq R. was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Ghanian-British forward Matthew Bryan-Amaning (205-88, college: Washington) orchestrated the victory by scoring 36 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds. Guard Yasuhiro Yamashita (187-86) contributed with 10 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. American power forward Josiah Heath (205-93, college: Canisius, agency: Inception Sports) replied with 10 points and 8 rebounds and his fellow American import forward RJ Slawson (206-92, college: Jacksonville) added 7 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Tokyo Cinq R.The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Fukuoka Rizing maintains first position with 23-3 record. Tokyo Cinq R. lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with 16 games lost.
